Yesterday, we had the pleasure of inviting Lianne Cheng, an experienced Pastry and Chocolate Chef who has worked in high-end establishments in Hong Kong and New York, to the Fatface Den for an intimate baking class with seven lovely students. We learned the basics of making cupcakes and chocolate-chip cookies, along with how to make super-smooth butter cream and piping techniques.
