On Monday, June 17th, we had the pleasure of cooking up a FEAST for our friends Ying-Ying and Andrew. It was quite the surprise as Andrew walked in and saw 60 of his friends gathered to with him Happy Birthday.
Chefs Eli and Dustin “The Tree” cooked up a storm in the fabulously constructed hutong courtyard of 88tc88, aka Paishouba. We had 5 different salads, a savory vegetable curry and succulent glzed pork and swiss-cheese & ham stuffed chicken, along with Dustin’s signature panna cotta.
